The hotel is in great shape and you can't beat the location for events held at Grand Park. Big lobby, it has a pool and free parking. Good to have the restaurant back open as well. They wouldn't guarantee a late check-out on a Sunday …

The stay was very pleasant. From the easy check in and out of the hotel to the free hot freshly brewed coffee in the morning and the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was Clean but overall horrible experience. I’ve had better experiences at a motel 6. First, elevator needs serviced. It started shaking before your stop. Second, I ordered food and the Uber eats driver could not come up stairs. Even though you don’t need key access. It was only because the front desk saw him. Also, there is no shower door. The bathroom floor gets soaked after shower. Another thing is breakfast. You can’t even order breakfast from the hotel on weekends. Restaurant is closed and no complementary breakfast given. Over all horrible experience. Not worth the price I paid.

Rooms were dark even with all the lights on no outlets of any kind at the desk. Room service came once in for days- even though holidays, expectations should have been conveyed on check in. No hot breakfast on the weekends.

Rooms were clean, mattress was comfortable room was fairly guite. Can't ask for more. Typing more because it says I need to have more words. Seems like they want you to write a long description but to be honest what else can you say if your satisfied.

My family and I traveled 5 hours for a football tournament and stayed at this hotel. We reserved a room for 2 nights & after our first night received the unfortunate news that my grandfather had a massive stroke and heart attack- so we needed to head home. We explained the situation and asked John Deluca, front desk manager, what we should do as far as our reservation- he said because we didn’t give them 72 hours notice, they could not clean our room and resell it so we would need to pay. I would’ve actually been fine paying because I just wanted to get home- however Mr. Deluca was EXTREMELY rude & abrasive, as well as condescending to my husband and I. I am highly disappointed in the customer service & just plain decency provided by Mr. Deluca. We come to Grand Park often for sporting events and will never stay at this hotel again. Unfortunate, because it’s a nice property- however I will never support a business that employs people who lack basic human decency.

The room was large and clean, the fridge was tiny and not very cold. The bathrooms were well cleaned, but the pull out sofa bed was kind of nasty. Overall I give them a favorable rating and I would use them again.
